Marty Quinn is a small business owner, insurance professional, and longtime conservative leader with a passion for protecting the people of Oklahoma.

Born and raised with Oklahoma values, Marty learned early on the importance of faith, hard work, and service. Marty found his true calling in the insurance industry where he started as a local agent growing a successful agency with more than 40 years of experience helping families and businesses navigate risk, coverage, and protection.

Marty didn’t stop at business success. Answering the call to serve, he brought his real-world knowledge to the Oklahoma Legislature, where he became a leading voice on insurance issues and conservative reform. As Chairman of the Senate Insurance Committee, Marty worked to cut red tape, improve transparency, and protect consumers — all while holding government accountable.

Now, Marty is ready to lead again — this time as Oklahoma’s next Insurance Commissioner. He brings unmatched industry knowledge, a deep commitment to public service, and a clear vision for putting Oklahomans first. Marty Quinn is a small business owner, insurance professional, Oklahomastate legislator (2010-2022) where he served as Asst Majority Leader and ChairmanofInsurance & Retirement Committee. He has over 4 decades of industry experience,from agent and manager to agency owner. His legislative experience brings one of the most conservative and pro-taxpayer voting records in Oklahoma and has been an advocate for small businesses, families, and Oklahoma communities. Marty will be a strong voice for taxpayers and businesses – striking the rightbalance between regulating the industry and enabling companies to thrive,while ensuring consumers benefit from a competitive market, fair coverage and the timely honoring of their claims. 

He will stand up for fairness, accountability and opportunity. Marty and wife, Kelley, are parents of Lynsay and Tyler, and have enjoyed more than 40 years together. He brings the same Christian values of integrity,compassion and humility that have guided him throughout his life and will continue through his service for the people of Oklahoma as Insurance Commissioner.
